#TBT: The classic Chrysler 300

In honor of the refreshed Chrysler 300, we'd like to peak into the past at the original 1955 model, which possessed a flair for sophistication, a spacious cabin, and an upgraded 5.4-liter HEMI engine.

In fact, the new HEMI engine provided the 300 with its name and horsepower rating, and was the first mass-produced American car to reach the 300 horsepower mark. Fast forward to 2015, and the spacious, powerful 300 and 300C models offer a 363-horsepower HEMI V-8 and 300-horsepower V-6 engine options and available all-wheel drive for all-season performance.

Complete with optional leather upholstery, 20-inch wheels, and a bigger, bolder grille for the 2015 model year, we'd say the stunning 300 continues to provide impeccable full-size comforts and power inspired by the original generation of this stunning sedan.
